Media Recording & Photography Policy

Grand Artistry Inspires welcomes photography and videography at its free public events. Members of the public, media outlets, and content creators may photograph or record portions of the event provided that such activities do not interfere with event operations, performances, attendees, or authorized event personnel.

1. Maintain a Respectful Distance

Photography and videography must be conducted from a reasonable distance that does not obstruct the view of attendees, interfere with performances, or impede event operations. Individuals may not enter or occupy performance areas, backstage spaces, designated media zones, or other restricted areas unless expressly authorized by event management.

2. Designated Media Areas and Setback Requirements

Grand Artistry Inspires reserves the right to establish designated media areas, public viewing areas, and minimum setback distances from stages, dance floors, performance spaces, and other event activities as necessary to ensure the safety of performers, attendees, and event personnel. Such requirements may vary by venue, event programming, and operational needs and will be communicated by authorized event staff onsite. Individuals engaged in photography or videography must remain within approved public viewing or media-designated areas unless expressly authorized by event management.

3. Do Not Obstruct Performances or Event Operations

Recording equipment, including cameras, tripods, monopods, lighting equipment, and other accessories, may not block audience sightlines, pedestrian pathways, emergency access routes, or designated spaces for performers and event staff. Photography and videography may not interfere with or obstruct the work of authorized photographers, videographers, or other media personnel contracted or approved by the event organizer.

4. Compliance with Staff Instructions

All photographers, videographers, media representatives, content creators, and attendees engaged in photography or videography activities must immediately comply with instructions provided by event staff, venue personnel, security, or event management. Authorized personnel may require individuals to relocate, maintain an appropriate distance from performance or participant areas, discontinue obstructive activities, or refrain from recording in designated restricted areas when necessary to protect public safety, preserve attendee accessibility, facilitate event operations, or accommodate authorized event media. Failure to comply with staff instructions or this policy may result in the individual's removal from the event without further notice.

5. Performance Area Restrictions

Only photographers and videographers retained or expressly authorized by the event organizer are permitted to access designated media, stage-side, dance floor, performance capture, and other restricted recording locations. Members of the public and third-party media may record from public viewing areas provided they comply with this policy and all instructions from authorized event personnel.

6. Commercial Use

Attendance at a public event does not grant any individual or organization the right to represent themselves as an official media partner or authorized representative of the event. Any commercial use of the event's name, branding, logos, or representations implying sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement by Grand Artistry Inspires and is prohibited without prior written permission.

Agreement to Comply

By attending the event and engaging in photography or videography activities, individuals agree to comply with this Media Recording & Photography Policy and all instructions provided by authorized event personnel.

Legal Notice

This policy establishes reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions intended to promote safety, accessibility, and the orderly operation of the event. The event organizer reserves the right to enforce this policy and remove individuals whose conduct materially interferes with performances, attendees, or event operations, subject to applicable law, venue requirements, and applicable permits or regulations.
